Kazili Pipe from Piece Maker Gear Review

Kazili Pipe from Piece Maker Gear Review

There are two types of people who benefit from a pipe like the Kazili from Piece Maker Gear.  The first are active types who will gain from its portability and sealable top.  The second are klutzes and the forgetful, like myself.  I’ve lost more pipes than I would care to admit due to the basic forces of gravity, slipping from hands and laps alike.

Piece Maker Gear is the solution for both these demographics with their line of Kazili silicone pipes.   The flexible silicone, as well as the stainless steel, is food grade and safe for regular use.  I wasn’t surprised when I made quick use of the Kazili while out on the trails and down the beach.  The small size and light weight made it extremely portable, while the malleable materials took away fears of breaking it.  However, I didn’t expect that I’d use it at home, too, for the same reasons.  The Kazili fits comfortably in the hand and the lap, and you don’t need to worry about it dropping from either one.

These pipes have a number of key characteristics that increase our view of them.  The well designed Kazili sports a large, rectangular mouthpiece for ample airflow, while the smartly placed carb hole gives control to the forefinger. I got plenty of use out of the bottle cap lid, which makes it easy to pack your bowl ahead for smoking later.  High marks for durability means you can give it the rough treatment, both in transit and in use, and it will live to session another day.  Cleaning is a snap.  The bowl is removable and the silicone just needs a quick scrub with soapy water, adding to its overall convenience.

The Kazili comes in 9 different colors, including a rasta tie-dye, to fit your personality and is further customizable with printed images available on the stem and top.
